That example given about asking someone what's wrong with you to someone who's in a wheelchair and I get the shock horror of the audacity of the question but as a young girl growing up with my own disabilities I actually understand why someone might ask the question what is wrong. I mean, i get why someone might think I was a bad person for asking but for me and for some curious people it's not meant as a nasty narky comment it's meant like I really want to know was there an accident? Yeah fine, its probably not my business and some people can shun me away but sometimes people want to talk and everyones avoiding the topic. Just because I always remember I read either in a story book or some other document where people avoided talking to this lady about what was wrong and it took a child to ask a question that all the other adults wouldn't ask and that this other person was appreciative enough someone was asking so she could talk whereas others avoided the issue

I was visiting my mom (i live in a different continent) and I was told by her next door neighbor and family friend “This is the biggest we have seen soon. If I was you and had the money, I would have surgery”. She said in front of my mom and i felt hurt that she didn’t say anything as much as by my neighbor’s comment. Well…I lost 25kg with a healthy diet and exercise. No surgery needed. By the way, the person who said that was obese herself…humans can be cruel some times even when you have a long term relationship.

I was riding along with a narcissist in his truck and we didnt really knew each other, but many victims of this narcissist of that small town told me and warned me of this peice of s....t. While i was riding on a long 4 hour drive on the highway, i started telling this narcissist about what my expertise is. He asked me whats my occupation? So i told him and oh man it hurt him to the very core but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that im a destroyer! He said a destroyer of what? I said oh never mind you wont like it one bit. He said no, go on, tell me im all ears. I said are you sure you wanna really know what it is that i destroy so well? He said yea, i really wanna know. I said ok but dont say i didnt try to warn you because its gonna hurt once i tell you. He once a gain said no really go ahead tell it to me! So i told him while i was laughing at the same time that i do it with a passion and that im more than honnored to destroy what i destroy. He said come on what is it that your so good at destroying? I kept laughing harder and harder that he too started laughing, but little did he know or expect me to tell him that i destroy NARCISSISTS!!!! Then he shut right up he didnt find this funny at all, be didnt say anoutber word the whole 4 hour trip,and i explained to him in baby steps how i destroy narcissists for a living by expossing them, confronting them , showing them all their dumb bull shit tactics and games and gaslightings and manipulations and victim playing, and lies, and flying monkeys that they use and the evil stare that they all use, their hypocrisy, their excuses, their blaming, their smear campains, their violence, their deep jealousy that they cant hide even if they tried, and their controling over you by any means possible, and that they are a immature 6 year old stuck in a 40, 50 60 year old body. I told him that after ive dealt one on one with any narcissist that the narcissist climes back into their nut shell and are completely stripped of their old ways of been who and what they used to be, before they became a narcissist! This guy was so scared of me that he couldnt even have the balls to tell me to stop or shut the f.... up!!! I mean it was his fancy $200,000 truck that we were riding in for those 4 long hours ride, and he could of just pulled over and kicked me out but he didnt because he was to shocked by the truth that i was feeding to him about narcissist because he was one himself and he knew i got him and that he had no way out!!! Like i said in the begining i said to him no, you dont wanna know what i destroy and how, but he kept saying ,no go on tell me , please tell me im all ears. So i did! And that was that, he didnt do the things that narcissists do to other good people after he meet with me for those 4 hours. All his past victims told me that he no longer does what he used to do anymore, its like he meet with god face to face to get straightend out! They asked me what the f..... did you do to him? If you call these people on their game - many times they'll leave you alone. I don't mean if you're 5-10-20 years in with mutual kids, financials etc. I stonewalled mine (please look that up if you don't know). Cut the cord entirely. That meant I no longer answered his calls, became unemotional and 'boring' (stonewalling), and answered texts with one or two unemotional words at the beginning (ie. 'that's nice', 'okay', 'alright'), then not at all. That let's them know they have no leverage/power over you. Likely they will eventually give up. No leverage = no game or manipulation. 'It seems like you really don't like yourself/hate yourself. (Sometimes that alone will make them go away because they know you SEE them psychologically and that makes them extremely uncomfortable.) These narcissists are sick and can't like, love, or even comfort themselves. They are empty inside and have to take others down to feed their ego.

Just want to mention something... you know why we put ourselves in toxic relationships?? Because most of the time are not aware of toxic friends, family members or work colleagues. If we get those ones in check perhaps we change the quality and outcome on the relationship ( romantic)one. I can say no to looser and pushy people on my dating life. But could we have a podcast on what to do when you have to work with toxic people, specifically women and sorry to say that but they are the worst bullies on work place ever). Is a lot limitation at work place, yes find another job is a simplistic solution as you be changing the bad to a worse situation... and the " inclusiveness at all cost" make worst in some cases.

I'm here after having to check in with myself when dealing with a narcissistic parent. I left them a few years ago in a heated falling out. Since then I put a boundary that I didn't want to go back there. Just realised that they have been trying to lure me into going back there by requesting to have "the chat". Already has been gaslighting me over why I left the other night. There's me thinking our relationship was getting better.

I could listen to this for hours. The advice is extremely empowering. I have a different perspective on tolerating unsafe driving. That person is literally threatening your life and if you drive, they can still distract you, hit you, grab the wheel, throw something, etc. I have been in that situation when I was much younger. Unfortunately, I'm a Paramedic and see the consequences of in car road rage as a part of my career. Knowing what I now know, I'd ask the person to pull over, tell them you need to vomit, whatever it takes, get out, call a ride or friend and leave the relationship. Being terrorized while a passenger needs to be taken as a life threat. If that person points a gun at you, they can be arrested. If they injure you or kill you in a vehicular crash, it's "just an accident " that they will most likely suffer no consequences.

When you continue to say no to sex and intimacy, dont expect them to hang around.

My definition of better has changed so much as well.

We live in hell and many are not even acknowledging or recognising this. We are being gaslighted by influencers, systems, (a) social media, investigators and yt video's talkshows, who are trying to convince us that it is under control and technology is better and it will be saver... and we need to kerp jope and faith and pray for our birthright, which is being save loved and protected for by our " father"in reality we all see it getting worse in the world. Almost every human man, is a narcissist or in some way shape or form abusive behind closed doors..Yet we are hoping and praying and trying to change hell, and don't think about escaping. Trying to date insane beings is like playing Russian roulette with our lives. Birth, abuse, school mindcontrol, society abuse, work abuse, controlling systems abuse, dating abuse, friends and family abuse.. elderly in loneliness abuse, than death... hamsterwheel of going nowhere, ending up with everything taken away for which we needed to work so hard.. soul crushing jobs... reincarnation cicle.. do it all over again.. Praying to a God that never takes out the murderer, rapist, criminals, abusers, psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists... what are we doing? Humanity traumatised... and under control, completly.. work eat repeat, to pay bills. We are indoctrinated to daily affirm, thank you God for my wonderful life... Hmmm I don't agree with her approach. She's telling people to deflect. Deflecting isn't a healthy behavior either.

It is called self-love for me. My boundaries are for my best interest and I have learned not to shame, blame myself and or them for that matter. But my boundaries are firm.

I refuse to look in the mirror. I never do. The mirror was created by an advertiser in order to reflect on your appearance versus painted faces on television and in magazines. It creates a type of neurosis or a feeling of never being satisfied or happy with oneself. So in effect I have a more personal relationship with the people I interact with because I can sort of disassociate with my own identity and relate to them. And what I notice is that they suffer from a lack of self by always comparing themselves with others. They actually suffer from d.i.d.. They project onto others.
